Land surveyor

A reputable land surveying company in Manama is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual who can accurately measure and map out land boundaries, topography and other features using specialized equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in land surveying and possess strong mathematical and analytical skills.

• Conduct field surveys to measure and map out land boundaries, topography and other features using specialized equipment.
• Analyze survey data to provide accurate measurements and create detailed reports.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and other professionals to ensure accurate mapping of land features.
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create digital maps and plans.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while conducting surveys.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques and equipment.
• Proficiency in using CAD software for mapping and plan creation.
• Excellent mathematical skills for accurate measurement calculations.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $1,100 per month along with accommodation. Additional benefits may be provided based on performance.

This position is based in Manama but may require occasional travel to different locations for surveys.
