Maintenance Manager – Ready-Mix, Blocks & Reinforcement
- Nationality: Open
- Experience level: 7–10 years of experience in maintenance management within Ready-mix concrete, concrete blocks, and reinforcement industry.
- Skills:
Strong expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining batching plants, block machines, and rebar cut & bend equipment.
Leadership and team management skills with ability to plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance activities.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and cost control skills with focus on safety and operational efficiency. - Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Proven experience in maintenance strategies, plant reliability, and breakdown management.
Good knowledge of HSE regulations, reporting, and maintenance planning systems.
