Key Responsibilities:

• Build analytic and design skills.
• Conduct engineering design under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Create designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Collect and analyze data under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Use computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.
• Perform work in accordance with the agreed-upon budget and schedule under supervision.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Candidates must be recent graduates, having graduated within the last 24 months or no earlier than September 2024.
• Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.2 or above.
• If holding a Master’s Degree, it should have started within 12 months of completing the bachelor’s degree to ensure continuous education and meet program requirements.
• Candidates with more than 1 year of postgraduate work experience are not eligible for the program and are encouraged to apply for professional-level roles instead.

October 2026 (This includes an induction and meet-and-greet for the entire graduate cohort from all our offices in the ME)
