Graduates joining the business in a Graduate role will engage in all elements of the ADVANCE program, designed to introduce and build essential business and personal skills to ease the transition from student to professional.
The ADVANCE program lasts approximately 24 months, with successful completion serving as an indicator of strong performance in line with other performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities- Develop designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, and project models as per specific discipline requirements, under the supervision of an experienced Engineer.
- Assist with design content by applying design and technical knowledge to ensure high‑quality outputs within project timelines.
- Perform work following the agreed‑upon budget and schedule under supervision.
- Collect and analyze information from discipline and interdisciplinary BIM models when required.
- Use computer software to solve fundamental engineering problems.
- Coordinate with discipline Engineers as applicable for design continuity.
- Participate in design progress and coordination meetings.
- Check and ensure the quality of model production by BIM/CAD teams for accuracy to design instructions.
- Actively seek information, opportunities to participate, and contribute, and develop efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Contribute by solving problems and applying experience or theoretical knowledge to atypical assignments.
- Master of Science or Engineering in Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
- Recent graduates (graduated within the last 24 months or no earlier than September 2024).
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 and above.
- If holding a Master’s Degree, it should have started within 12 months of completing your Bachelor’s Degree.
- Candidates with more than 1 year of postgraduate work experience are not eligible for the program and are encouraged to apply for professional‑level roles instead.
