Job SummaryA leading Contracting & Ready Mix Company in Bahrain is seeking experienced professionals for Senior Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor, and QA/QC Engineer positions. Candidates should have extensive experience in road and infrastructure projects, strong technical expertise, and the ability to manage project quality, commercial, and contractual activities while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Open Positions- Senior Quantity Surveyor – Vacancies: 01, Salary: BD 1,050 + Company Car
- Quantity Surveyor – Vacancies: 02, Salary: BD 750 + Company Car
- QA/QC Engineer – Vacancies: 02, Salary: BD 800 – 1,000 + Company Car
- Prepare BOQs, project cost estimates, valuations, and final accounts.
- Manage contract administration, variations, and claims.
- Prepare project documentation and commercial reports.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow.
- Independently manage all quantity surveying activities.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and project valuations.
- Monitor project costs and assist in cost control.
- Evaluate subcontractor payments and maintain QS documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures throughout project execution.
- Conduct inspections, quality audits, and material verification.
- Prepare quality documentation, inspection reports, and compliance records.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and international quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams on quality-related matters.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in Road & Infrastructure Projects.
- Ability to independently manage quantity surveying functions.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience.
- Experience in Road & Infrastructure Projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience.
- Experience in Road & Infrastructure Projects.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC documentation, inspection procedures, ITPs, and quality compliance.
- Strong knowledge of road and infrastructure construction projects.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Proficiency in engineering software relevant to the position.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
- 8 Hours Duty + Overtime
