Monitoring Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and technically strong Condition Monitoring Engineer (CME) / MCSA Engineer to support industrial reliability and predictive maintenance activities in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing condition monitoring services, Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA), and related diagnostic techniques to ensure asset reliability, reduce downtime, and support maintenance optimization for key industrial clients.

• Perform condition monitoring activities including Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA), vibration analysis, and other predictive maintenance techniques.
• Conduct site inspections, data collection, and equipment health assessments at customer facilities.
• Analyze condition monitoring data and prepare detailed technical reports with findings and recommendations.
• Support troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical rotating equipment issues.
• Perform infrared thermography inspections where required.
• Provide technical support to customers on asset reliability and maintenance strategies.
• Participate in commissioning, re-commissioning, and periodic condition monitoring programs.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and service teams to ensure timely delivery of reports and services.
• Deliver technical presentations and findings to customer maintenance and engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations during field activities.
• Travel within Bahrain and GCC countries as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, or reliability engineering.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) is mandatory.
• Experience in vibration analysis and infrared thermography is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment (motors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes).
• Experience in industrial condition monitoring tools and software.
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical fault signatures.
• Familiarity with industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Water, or Manufacturing.
• Experience in generating technical reports and asset health assessments.

• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.

• Ability to work independently in field environments.

• Candidate must be currently based in Bahrain or willing to relocate.
• Must possess valid work authorization / transferable visa in Bahrain (if applicable).
• Valid GCC driving license is preferred or required.
• Willingness to travel across Bahrain and GCC as required.

• Certifications in vibration analysis, thermography, or condition monitoring.
• Experience in advanced diagnostic tools for rotating equipment.
• Exposure to reliability‑centered maintenance (RCM) programs.
