Graduate Mechanical Engineer (Bahraini National)

Manama, B13, BH. Full‑time, on site.

As a Graduate, you will participate in AECOM’s ADVANCE program, a 24‑month learning experience that introduces and builds essential business and personal skills to support the transition from student to professional. You will be assigned duties that provide a broad, well‑rounded learning experience in mechanical engineering at the graduate entry level.

• Build analytic and design skills under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Conduct engineering design, creating designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings.
• Collect and analyze data to support engineering solutions.
• Use computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.
• Perform work in accordance with the agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Bahraini National.
• Recent graduate (within the last 24 months or no earlier than September 2024).
• Minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Master’s degree may be started within 12 months of completing the Bachelor’s Degree.
• Candidates with more than 1 year of postgraduate work experience are not eligible for the program.

• Program Onboarding & Orientation:
  October 2026 (induction and meet‑and‑greet for the entire graduate cohort).
• All newly hired employees are required to attend an in‑person Day1 onboarding at an AECOM office location.
