Graduate - Structural Engineer (Bahraini National)

Location: Manama, Bahrain.
Employment Type: Full-time, on site.

As part of AECOM’s ADVANCE Graduate Program, you will join our Structural Engineering team to support project development from design through construction, building technical skills and professional experience.

• Develop designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, and project models specific to structural engineering.
• Work on drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Assist with design content, applying design and technical knowledge to deliver high‑quality outputs within project timelines.
• Perform work within agreed budgets and schedules.
• Collect and analyze information from discipline‑specific and interdisciplinary BIM models.
• Use computer software to solve engineering problems.
• Coordinate with other discipline engineers to ensure continuity of the design process.
• Participate in design progress and coordination meetings.
• Verify model quality from BIM/CAD teams against design instructions.
• Seek opportunities to contribute to efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Apply knowledge to solve atypical assignments.

• Master of Science or Engineering in Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• Bahraini national.
• Recent graduate (within the last 24 months or not earlier than September 2024).
• Minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Master’s degree must have started within 12 months of completing the Bachelor’s degree.
• No more than 1 year of postgraduate work experience.
