K provides Contingency Base Operations, Stabilization, and Infrastructure support services under Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain, UAE, Oman, and related task orders.
Job SummaryK is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components to meet operational requirements. The role will ensure systems are safe, reliable, and compliant with applicable codes, standards, and company policies through development of designs, including power distribution systems, control systems, and instrumentation.
- This will be an onsite position with fulltime deployment to NSA Bahrain in Manama, Bahrain.
- Design and analyze electrical systems and components.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation to support project execution and system installation.
- Perform load calculations, system studies, and technical evaluations to implement corrective action as necessary.
- Conduct testing and evaluation to identify issues, perform troubleshooting, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend solutions to improve performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, operations, maintenance, and project management to support project delivery, system integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout all phases of design, installation, and operation.
- Support commissioning, startup, and ongoing maintenance activities as required.
- Must be a US citizen.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant experience in electrical design, systems engineering, or project execution.
- Knowledge of electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC) and safety practices.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
