Project Engineer responsibilities include:
- Prepared Heat Load Calculations; E-20 Sheet.
- Carrier HAP Software.
- Immense knowledge of HAP and AutoCAD.
- ASHRAE Standards.
- Reviewing HVAC documents for compliance.
- Knowledge in Dehumidification Calculations.
- Ventilation, Pressurization, Smoke Extract.
- External Static Pressure Calculations (ESP).
- Psychrometry.
- Treated Fresh Air selections.
- Kitchen Ventilations.
- Air‑conditioning design and selections VRF VRV system selections with software.
- Commissioning and troubleshooting of VRF a/c units, Dx Units, RTP, Ducted TVR etc.
HVAC Supervisor responsibilities include:
- Handling site requirements with Project Engineer.
- Capable to check site and report to Engineer.
- Ducting Installation Knowledge.
- Attend site meeting with Engineer and client.
- Take daily site reports from site team.
- Supervise a team of HVAC technicians ensuring high‑quality maintenance and repair of AC systems.
- Conduct detailed inspections and diagnostics of AC systems, promptly resolving issues.
- Allocate technician as per site requirement.
- Arrange material in advance for Project site.
- Track Driver for material delivery.
Experience:
3 to 10 Years with Driving License.
