We are looking for a qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Drainage (P&D) works across multiple MEP projects, ensuring that all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Drainage works from commencement to project completion.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day site activities.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Ensure works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and local authority requirements.
- Prepare work schedules, progress reports, material requests, and site documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the planned schedule.
- Attend site meetings, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate material procurement and verify quantities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) requirements.
- Resolve technical issues encountered during project execution.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP projects, preferably in Bahrain or GCC.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Drainage systems.
- Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and project coordination.
- Good understanding of local authority requirements and industry standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Valid Bahrain Driving License is preferred.
- Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of project planning and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
