- Proven experience in managing MEP aspects of high-rise buildings and large villa projects.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, and maintenance best practices.
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) for large-scale commercial and residential construction projects.
- Manage and mentor a team of MEP engineers and technicians, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Develop detailed MEP designs, specifications, and cost estimates, ensuring compliance with project requirements and relevant codes.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions during the construction phase.
- Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Manage MEP subcontractors, ensuring timely and quality execution of their work.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and respond to technical queries.
- Ensure all MEP works comply with Bahraini building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare progress reports and manage MEP project budgets and schedules effectively.
