Binance is hiring a Regional Finance Lead (Fiat Vertical) to manage and optimize financial operations across fiat-related entities. This strategic role combines day-to-day financial management with broader responsibilities in planning, compliance, internal controls, audit coordination, and team leadership. Ideal for a finance professional with a strong background in tech, fintech, or multinational environments.

• Oversee all financial processes for fiat-related entities: month/year-end closings, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and tax filings.
• Maintain strong banking, vendor, auditor, and internal stakeholder relationships.

• Ensure high-quality, timely, and accurate accounting across jurisdictions.
• Define accounting methodologies, validate journal entries, and reconcile multi-entity balances.
• Enhance systems and procedures for greater efficiency and accuracy.

• Lead external audits and ensure adherence to accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Implement corrective actions based on audit findings and maintain clean, transparent records.

• Set annual targets and rolling forecasts for revenues, marketing, and operational expenses.
• Maintain high P&L forecast accuracy to support sound decision-making and investment strategies.

• Provide data-driven financial insights and modeling to guide business decisions.
• Act as a financial advisor to management, offering clear, actionable recommendations.

• Lead initiatives to streamline reporting, reduce manual efforts, and drive automation.
• Standardize financial procedures in line with global best practices.
• Build and mentor a results-driven finance team.
• Collaborate with Central Finance to implement training programs on accounting standards and internal controls.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA, CPA, CMA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in finance leadership roles (e.g., Finance Manager, Controller).
• Background in Tech/Fin Tech or listed/multinational firms is preferred.
• Strong command of accounting standards, tax statements, and financial reporting procedures.
• Fluency in English required; Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise-level financial systems and tools.
• Advanced modeling and analysis skills with a confident executive presence.
• Self-starter mentality, comfortable in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion or interest in crypto and blockchain technologies is a strong plus.
