- Chief Accountant reporting to CFO

- Oversee and manage the group's financial accounting, reporting, and compliance.
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls and financial policies.
- Supervise the accounting team and streamline financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and corporate governance requirements.
- Collaborate with finance teams across divisions for consolidated financial reporting.
- Support strategic financial planning and cost optimization initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred).
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a group of companies.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
