Chief Financial Officer

What You’ll Lead Financial Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute long‑term financial and capital strategies.
• Support large infrastructure investments and energy‑transition projects.

Treasury & Capital Markets

• Manage capital structure, liquidity, and cash flow across the group.
• Lead financing activities, capital markets issuances, and ESG‑linked debt.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, rating agencies, and investors.

Financial Reporting & Governance

• Oversee accurate and compliant reporting aligned with global standards.
• Strengthen audit processes, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
• Implement group‑wide financial policies that enhance transparency.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance

• Lead budgeting and long‑range forecasting cycles.
• Provide insight‑driven recommendations to drive operational performance.

Risk Management

• Manage financial, market, currency, and credit risk exposures.
• Oversee hedging, insurance programs, and enterprise risk‑management systems.

Investor Relations & ESG

• Lead engagement with lenders, investors, and financial institutions.
• Oversee ESG, sustainability reporting, and board‑level presentations.

M&A, Investments & Joint Ventures

• Evaluate acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
• Lead due diligence, valuation, negotiations, and integration initiatives.

Leadership & Organisational Development

• Build and mentor a high‑performing finance organisation.
• Champion digital transformation and process optimisation.
• Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence.

Ideal Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification preferred.
• 15+ years in senior financial leadership within energy, industrials, infrastructure, or other capital‑intensive sectors.
• Deep expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, treasury, and financial reporting.
• Proven experience leading transformation or modernization programs.
• Strong track record working with boards, auditors, regulators, and lenders.
• Skilled at influencing in complex, matrixed organisations.
• Experience with sustainability‑linked finance and ESG reporting is a major plus.
• GCC/Middle East regional experience preferred.
