- Build and mentor a high‑performing finance organisation.
- Champion digital transformation and process optimisation.
- Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence.
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification preferred.
- 15+ years in senior financial leadership within energy, industrials, infrastructure, or other capital‑intensive sectors.
- Deep expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, treasury, and financial reporting.
- Proven experience leading transformation or modernization programs.
- Strong track record working with boards, auditors, regulators, and lenders.
- Skilled at influencing in complex, matrixed organisations.
- Experience with sustainability‑linked finance and ESG reporting is a major plus.
- GCC/Middle East regional experience preferred.
