Global Chief Financial Officer; CFO

We are seeking an exceptional Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a fast-growing capital investment company headquartered in Dubai, with a strong strategic focus on GCC–Asia connectivity
. The firm operates across private equity, private wealth, real estate, infrastructure, and structured products
, and is entering its next phase of institutional growth and global expansion.

This is a partner-level role
, working closely with the CEO, Board, sovereign stakeholders, and global limited partners.

Candidates MUST have “buy side” background. This means investment management or asset management or private equity

• Act as principal strategic partner to the CEO
  , contributing to overall corporate and investment strategy
• Serve as a trusted counterpart to the Board, sovereign investors, and global LPs
• Build and scale institutional-grade financial infrastructure across funds, management company, and portfolio entities
• Lead fund finance, reporting, governance, and risk management across multi-jurisdictional structures
• Support fundraising, M&A activity, and cross-border expansion initiatives
• Professionalise finance, compliance, risk, and governance frameworks while preserving entrepreneurial agility
• Oversee relationships with auditors, regulators, banks, and external advisors globally

• Direct exposure to sovereign wealth funds and GCC family offices
• Experience working with institutional LPs (pensions, insurers, endowments)
• Knowledge of Islamic finance / Shariah-compliant structures
• Operational experience across Middle East, Europe, and Asia
• Background in a high-growth or first-generation investment platform
