Finance Manager

We are working with a well-known investment firm seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their growing finance team. This is a managerial-level opportunity for a finance professional looking to step into a role with real responsibility, visibility, and impact

This role sits at the core of the organization, supporting senior management with accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and insightful analysis. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening governance and supporting strategic decision‑making.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, regulatory, and internal requirements
• Strengthen financial controls, policies, and processes
• Coordinate with external auditors and advisors
• Support management and investment-related reporting
• Identify efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from a reputable university
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA – completed or in progress) preferred
• 5–8 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Professional fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
