Overview
This role owns day-to-day operational excellence, financial controls, and operational resilience for AX Coin EMEA. The Head of Operations & Finance ensures that AX Coin’s stablecoin issuance, payments, and settlement operations run with precision, transparency, and regulatory readiness.
Responsibilities
Operational execution and transaction oversight.Financial controls, reconciliations, and reporting.Operational risk management.Vendor and cost management.Audit and regulatory support.Oversee daily operations and transaction processingOwn reconciliations across on-chain and off-chain systems.Manage financial reporting, controls, and operational dashboards.Implement and monitor operational risk controlsManage vendors, cost structures, and local financial administration.Support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and reporting.Work closely with banking, compliance, and product teams to ensure operational alignment.Build scalable, resilient operating processes suitable for regulated growthQualifications
6–12+ years in operations, finance, or controls roles within financial services.Strong understanding of reconciliations, settlement, and operational risk.Experience operating in regulated financial environments preferred.Strong execution discipline and attention to detail.International exposure and professional qualifications highly desirableWhy Join AX Coin
