Analyst​/Senior Analyst​/Lead Specialist Insurance Supervision

Conduct analysis on emerging risks, market trends, and best practices in insurance supervision to enhance market conduct. Follow developments in the insurance sector, including public publications and internal reports, and suggest updates to policies and regulations as necessary. Propose corrective measures for insurance licensees that are found to be non‑compliant or pose a risk to financial stability. Prepare and produce comprehensive reports from offsite and onsite supervision activities of insurance companies.

Assist in the monitoring of the financial condition, operations, and risk profile of insurance entities, particularly those deemed high risk or potentially insolvent. Support the preparation and submission of periodic financial statements and reports on issues of concern across licensees. Assist in conducting annual prudential meetings with insurance licensees. Support the implementation and follow‑up on the results of inspection reports and appointed experts reports.

To provide guidance to any licensee in relation to the CBB Rulebook and regulations. Perform an annual/semi/quarterly review analysis of the Company s financial performance.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor s or master s degree in Banking/Finance/Accounting or equivalent.

Minimum Experience:

1-7 years in relevant field
