An international firm is expanding its Advisory practice, one of the largest and fastest-growing advisory businesses worldwide. They are seeking a seasoned Associate Director to lead projects across valuations and corporate finance.
In this role, you will:- Deliver valuation, M&A, IPO, and fundraising advisory engagements.
- Lead transaction due diligence and financial analysis.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 6–10 professionals across multiple engagements.
- Build trusted relationships with senior clients and contribute to business development.
- Several years of experience in Valuation and Corporate Finance, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in valuations, restructuring, and financial modeling.
