Park Point is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and support financial planning and decision-making across our regional operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Perform monthly financial and variance analysis.
- Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and operational performance.
- Develop financial models and management dashboards.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable financial insights.
- Support cash-flow planning and cost-control initiatives.
- Prepare management reports and presentations.
- Conduct feasibility and ROI analysis for new projects and investments.
- Work closely with Finance and Operations teams across Bahrain, KSA, and UAE.
- Identify financial risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI/ERP systems is an advantage.
- ACCA, CMA, CFA, or similar professional qualification is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
