Job Description
We are hiring - Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our holding company in Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the financial strategy and operations of the holding company and its subsidiaries.
- Lead budgeting, financial planning, and financial performance analysis.
- Manage group cash flow, investments, and financial risks.
- Ensure accurate consolidated financial statements and regulatory compliance.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Bahrain
Job Specification Requirements- Minimum 15+ years of professional experience in finance and accounting.
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial management at the group or holding company level.
- Preferably experienced in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Experience in consolidated financial reporting and managing multiple subsidiaries.
- Excellent knowledge of financial controls, risk management, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
