Overview
As a Nurse Supervisor at our healthcare facility in Manama, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing staff. You will be a key member of the healthcare team, providing guidance and support to nurses and ensuring high‑quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Monitor patient care and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
- Create and manage staff schedules.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development.
- Manage staffing needs and coordinate shift coverage.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and effective work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- At least 3 years of experience as a nurse supervisor.
- Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Salary of $1,400 per month.
