Provide professional nursing care in an outpatient setting, including patient assessments, diagnostic tests, medication administration, and care planning. Assist physicians during procedures and operate medical equipment as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families, ensuring sensitivity and clarity.
- Maintain compliance with NHRA guidelines and hospital policies.
- Ensure accurate and confidential patient records.
- Support patients and families with health education and involve them in care decisions.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and participate in audits.
- Uphold professional standards, cultural respect, and confidentiality.
- Perform additional duties as required to meet operational needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Minimum 2 years in a hospital or similar setting.
- Awareness of King’s College Hospital policies.
- Valid resuscitation certification and ongoing CPD.
- Strong patient care skills with empathy and respect for dignity.
- Ability to guide junior staff and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital documentation.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
