Role Description Authorized Pharmacist (Qualified Person / RA)This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Pharmacist acting as the Qualified Person (QP) and Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for Globalex Pharma in Manama.
The successful candidate will be the legal anchor for our wholesale license. You will not dispense to patients; instead, you will oversee our third-party warehouse partner, ensure Good Distribution Practice (GDP) compliance, and manage our product portfolio's registration.
Key Responsibilities- Regulatory Leadership:
Act as the primary liaison with the NHRA for all licensing and inspection matters. - Wholesale Oversight:
Ensure the licensed warehouse partner adheres to Globalex and NHRA standards for storage and handling. - NHRA-MVC Management:
Execute and oversee the Track & Trace (MVC) requirements for all imported shipments. - Regulatory Affairs (RA):
Manage the registration of new products and maintenance of existing marketing authorizations via the NHRA-PPR portal. - Quality Assurance:
Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), handle any product recalls, and ensure cold-chain integrity. - Inventory & Compliance:
Monitor stock movements and maintain accurate records of all wholesale pharmaceutical transactions as per Bahraini Law.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacy legislation, and drug safety practices
- Licensure: Must hold a valid NHRA Pharmacist License or a final NHRA Eligibility Letter
- Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Pharm.
D from an accredited institution - Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of post-registration experience (for
B.Pharm) or 2 years (for Pharm.
D/Master’s) - Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and NHRA-MVC systems
- Skills: Strong command of the Sijilat and NHRA portals
; proficiency in English (Arabic is a significant plus) - Attributes: High level of integrity, meticulous attention to regulatory detail, and the ability to work independently in a corporate branch environment
