Position: Pharmacist at HTP Group

Pharmacist – HTP Group

Location:

Manama, B13 (BH). Position: full‑time, on site.

Role Purpose

Pharmacist responsible for preparing and administering pharmaceuticals to patients in accordance with physicians’ orders or by addressing the patients’ problems and needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and execute physician prescriptions, checking their appropriateness and legality.
  • People management: coaching, training and supervising staff.
  • Supervise product launches and promotions.
  • Organize the pharmacy efficiently for easier product identification.
  • Execute operations in line with standard operating procedures and supervise staff on operating disciplines.
  • Maintain control over delivery, stocking and labeling of medicines and other products.
  • Manage communication between pharmacists and internal customers.
  • Handle cashier absenteeism by operating the cash counter or assigning someone to it.
  • Manage customer relationships.
  • Share best practices with other branches.
  • Listen to customers to interpret their needs and offer information and advice.
  • Coordinate with and report to management, making recommendations to supervise the team, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Ensure the branch delivers value and excellence to clients.
  • Develop and grow a strong team of committed pharmacists who maintain client satisfaction.
  • Provide other medical services such as injections, blood pressure and temperature measurements where applicable.
  • Prepare medicines with correct dosages and materials for each patient.
  • Keep records of patient history and activities involving high‑risk and controlled medication.
  • Stay abreast of advances in medicine by attending conferences, seminars and collaborating with other health professionals.
  • Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures.
Qualifications
  • NHRA license.
  • 1–2 years of experience.
