- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for patients with physical, neurological, cognitive, and psychosocial conditions.
- Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans aligned with patients’ rehabilitation goals.
- Provide advanced therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional independence, activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, cognition, and quality of life.
- Support discharge planning, including home assessments, equipment recommendations, and caregiver education.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in line with hospital policy and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and ethical practice at all times.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Eligible for or holding a valid NHRA license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- Minimum 4-8 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience with neurological rehabilitation, geriatrics, complex medical cases, or long-term care is highly desirable.
