Job DescriptionSofitel Bahrain is offering an exciting opportunity for fresh hospitality graduates to start their career in luxury hotels through Accor’s INSPIRE Graduate Program. We are looking for a motivated and guest-focused Graduate to join us as Management Trainee in Guest Experience Department for a 12-month development journey.
What You Will Learn- Loyalty & guest experience enhancement
- Problem resolution and service recovery techniques
- Brand service culture and LQA standards
- Leadership development and real project responsibility
- Recent graduate in Hospitality or Business school.
- Passionate about guest service and luxury experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
