** About the location:
** On an exclusive island in the heart of the Kingdom’s capital, Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, with its unique architecture, has become an iconic landmark that soars as a destination in its own right, combining the best of a beach holiday and an urban getaway.
** About the role
** We are looking for an Assistant Server who will be responsible for assisting the Pool and Beach Server to stock supplies, clear tables and server the guest needs.
** What you will do
*** Set up and re-set all amenities, equipment, lounge beds and chairs throughout the pool areas.
* Engage guest by proactively greeting them and offering a choice of seating
* Assist guests that are requesting chair service with a chase lounge cover and pool towel
* Inform guests of pool policies and specific pool features
* Provide guests with complementary water and a menu
* Clear finished plate and glassware from tables and buss back to the correct kitchen throughout the day.
* Pick-up and deliver towels/towel bins to and from the laundry and towel stands.
* Responsible for maintaining the pool and seating areas presentable, clean, orderly and ready for immediate use by new guests.
* Use the hotel computer systems and phone system effectively.
** What you bring
*** Previous experience in similar position.
* Preferred experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
* Must be flexible with schedule
- Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening/overnight shifts.
* Strong written and oral presentation skills in English
* Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment.
* Requires basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills
* Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations and guests.
* Swimming/life guard skills to assist a guest in distress.
* CPR/First Aid skills/certification is an advantage.
