• Design and implement organizational development strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead performance management, succession planning, and talent review processes.
• Assess organizational structure and recommend improvements for efficiency and growth.
• Develop employee engagement initiatives and support culture transformation programs.
• Partner with leadership to drive change management across key business functions.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading organizational development, talent management, or HR transformation initiatives.
• Experience analyzing organizational structures and recommending scalable workforce improvements.
• Strong experience with succession planning, performance frameworks, competency frameworks, and leadership development programs.
• Proven experience driving change management initiatives and partnering with senior leadership, business unit heads, and line managers.
