• Support end-to-end recruitment administration and coordinate closely with Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
• Manage recruitment documentation, personnel files, data entry, and file tracking systems.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure smooth employee transitions.
• Liaise with Government Relations and Corporate HR for visa, labor approvals, and medical insurance processes.
• Coordinate employee logistics, including workstations, access cards, travel, accommodation, and business travel arrangements.
• Communicate with employees regarding documentation requirements and HR-related inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, process purchase requests, and follow up on procurement and payment activities.
• Support employee events and training programs, manage final settlement processes, and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and company values.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and company values while providing day-to-day HR support.

0-1 year of experience in Human Resources, Administration, Business Support, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of HR and administrative processes
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
