The Digital Projects Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital initiatives across web and mobile platforms. Acting as the central liaison between the Digital Services & Growth team, Digital Development Leads, and Technology teams, this role ensures the seamless execution of projects from concept to launch. The Specialist translates business needs into actionable requirements, oversees development and testing, ensures infrastructure readiness, and supports product stabilization post-launch when needed.

This position requires a unique blend of project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and delivery ownership—while ensuring that solutions are scalable, resilient, user-centric, and future-proof. The role may also temporarily assume product ownership responsibilities during stabilization or transition periods.

• Lead the full lifecycle of digital initiatives from initiation to deployment, including scoping, resource planning, execution, and delivery.
• Define project objectives, success criteria, and delivery timelines in alignment with business goals.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, monitor KPIs, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Coordinate feedback loops and iteration cycles during product stabilization post-launch.

• Serve as the bridge between Digital Services & Growth, digital development leads, UX/UI teams, and the technology function.
• Facilitate alignment between business requirements and technical execution across all phases of development.
• Ensure that Figma designs, wireframes, and user journeys developed by business and UX teams are implemented accurately by the development teams.

• Collect and structure functional and non-functional requirements from business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and development specifications.
• Validate requirements with developers and contribute to sprint planning sessions.

• Guarantee that design standards, UX expectations, and business‑led journeys are properly applied and executed in delivered products.
• Coordinate with the technology team to ensure the right hosting environments, APIs, integrations, and security controls are in place.
• Validate infrastructure scalability, performance, and redundancy prior to launch.
• Coordinate UAT, QA testing, and launch readiness with business and development teams.
• Oversee go‑live procedures and ensure knowledge transfer to the Digital Services team or business owner.
• When needed, assume interim product ownership
  —monitoring usage, collecting feedback, prioritizing enhancements, and supporting initial post‑launch improvements until handover.
• Conduct regular project reviews, report on risks/issues, and drive resolution plans with relevant teams.
• Ensure business and technical stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain proper documentation, delivery artifacts, and issue tracking logs.
• Promote best practices in digital delivery, agile collaboration, and product lifecycle management.
• Recommend improvements based on analytics, user feedback, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure solutions are designed to be scalable, secure, and adaptable to future business or technical needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in application development or digital solution implementation.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on involvement in digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience with mobile platforms (iOS or Android) and/or eCommerce solutions.
