We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and implement solutions to optimize our systems' performance.

• Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems across Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms, ensuring smooth and secure operations.
• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and assist with IT-related guidance and training.
• Monitor system performance, implement updates, patches, and improvements, and maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and procedures.
• Manage network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and data protection measures, to safeguard company information.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand IT needs, support projects, and contribute to the development of IT strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux systems, networking, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
