Primary role: Oversee the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of new and existing technology infrastructure in line with business needs.
Job description:
Oversee installation and configuration of new and existing servers and network infrastructure.Supervise testing and analysis of all components of network and server infrastructure components.Establish and maintain an IT infrastructure architecture and technology roadmap to meet the current/projected needs of the project.Establish and maintain an appropriate service delivery model (e.g., procedures, processes, and documentation) that is effective, efficient, and meets business objectives.Ensure recommended technology infrastructure is in line with best practices and meets IT, business and key external stakeholders’ requirements.Support IT audits and compliance reviews, ensuring infrastructure and security processes are compliant with security, audit, and regulatory guidelines.Oversee team deliverables and report any flags in timelines, budget, quality.Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields is required.A minimum of five (5) years of experience in operations, architecture, governance, and infrastructure management with strong IT process background.Knowledge and experience with Amazon Cloud based applications is a must.Maintain state-of-the-market knowledge regarding current and future infrastructure technologies.Experience working with third-party software and service providers.Experience in contract management and oversight.Experience evaluating various hardware and software and service resources to identify strengths, weaknesses, and potential benefits fit for business needs.Demonstrated ability to articulate complex ideas or technologies in easy-to-understand business terms to senior leaders.Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.Additional Information:
