Job Description
To support and provide a rapid response service to inquiries from users and clients of the Organization, to help resolve problems and queries related to IT.
Roles & Responsibilities :National Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Certification in A+, N+, MCDST, and MOUS are preferable.
ExperienceMinimum 3 years progressive experience in helpdesk or technical support.
Skills Required:Good communication skills. Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) and preferably Arabic.
