Senior Information Security & Data Protection Analyst

Advantari, based in Bahrain, is focused on enabling clients with business advantage through Digital Transformation and protecting them from Cyber Security threats. The company offers services such as CTO & CISO as a Service, IT, Digital, and Cyber Security Consulting, Cyber Security Solutions, and Mobile and Web Applications Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, gap analyses, and control evaluations.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of security controls (NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, PDPL, CBB regulations).
• Maintain and update security documentation, policies, and SOPs.
• Track and report on security metrics, incidents, and remediation activities.
• Contribute to developing reusable templates, playbooks, and toolkits for vCISO service delivery.
• Monitor emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve security posture.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of Cybersecurity, Information Security, and Data Protection experience.
• You must already live in Bahrain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security in the Financial Services sector is preferred.
• Knowledge of PDPL.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English. Arabic knowledge will be advantageous.
