IT Support Specialist

- Need to Handel Users/Desktop: 60-70
- Service desk agent – Facilitate Users calls/Email/Messages and rectify their issues.
- IT Operation Support – Monitor, Open Support Cases and resolve issues with IT Systems such as POS and ERP system.
- Responsible for desktop/laptop installation and management.
- Support our Shops and offices located in four areas within Bahrain.
- Monitor Network devices and provide basic support (i.e. restarting / powering off/on devices)
- Office 365 Desktop Apps
- Office 365 User Administration
- Windows Desktops OS
- Windows Server Services mainly IIS
- Mobile OS (Android/IOS)
- Basic Scripting (Oracle SQL)
- CEGID (POS system)
- ORION ERP / ONEERP (ERP System)
- Familiar with Azure
