As part of scaling our growth engine, we're hiring a Marketing & Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) Manager to lead marketing strategy, demand generation, and operational excellence across the revenue cycle. This is a high-impact role that combines marketing expertise with Rev Ops capabilities—driving alignment, visibility, and growth across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Role OverviewWe're looking for a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join us. In this role, you will own our infrastructure as code, manage our Kubernetes clusters, and build robust CI/CD systems. You will work closely with our development team to maintain system health and plan for future growth.
Job Responsibilities- Manage Node Health:
Triage and resolve node health issues during work hours. - Incident Response:
Partner with our development team to respond to and resolve urgent production issues. - Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Own the design, execution, and support of our product's deployment topology using IaC. - Cluster Management:
Own and maintain the distribution, scaling, and monitoring of multiple clusters. - CI/CD & Testing:
Own our CI/CD systems and collaborate with testing engineers to build a robust, well-tested product. - Operational Excellence:
Continuously improve operational processes, focusing on the security of our production topologies. - Resource Planning:
Work with engineers to help them define the resources needed for their services. - Strategic Growth:
Plan and scale our infrastructure based on business needs and future growth.
- Cloud & Containers:
Extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm. - Operating Systems:
Highly proficient in Linux, including strong knowledge of BASH scripting. - Cloud Platforms:
Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider. GCP is preferred, but AWS or Azure is also great. - Programming:
Ability to write clean, effective code in Python. - Dev Ops:
Proven experience deploying and maintaining modern CI/CD systems (e.g., Zuul, Circle
CI, Concourse). - IaC Mindset: A strong passion for and knowledge of infrastructure as code.
