Job TitleMS DYNAMICS CRM (Techno/Functional Consultant)
Responsibilities- The resource will be looking after:
- MS CRM administration
- Configuration changes as needed
- Custom developed components management and code review
- Development of screens, reports, plugins, etc.
- Systems upgrades and patching
- Managing systems integrated with MS CRM: SMS system, 3rd‑party CRM Mobile App Server, custom CRM applications, client statements online system, client statement batch processing integrated with core banking on Oracle DB, SQL DB
- Acting as SQL DBA: managing MS SQL and Oracle database integration
- Reporting Services (MIS Reporting) – administration, report development, and modification
- General development activities
- Project management related to the technical area
- End‑user support
