We are recruiting an experienced BSS/OSS Project Manager to lead complex transformation initiatives for a major telecom operator in Bahrain. Responsibilities include full lifecycle delivery, stakeholder management, and coordination across technical and business teams.

• Strong experience across BSS/OSS domains
• Oracle BRM
• Knowledge of UIM, OSM
• Ability to translate requirements into specifications and guide development teams
• Experience in product management, solution design, testing, and UAT

• Deliver projects within scope, time, and budget
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and vendors
• Lead client engagements and expectation management
• Maintain detailed project plans and reporting
• Control scope, schedule, and cost
• Identify and mitigate risks

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable leading workshops and interacting with senior stakeholders
• Able to work under pressure in fast‑paced environments
