Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Autoline Consultant to join our IT team to support, enhance, and manage the Autoline Dealer Management System (DMS). The Autoline Consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the system meets business requirements and operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with business users to understand requirements and configure system functionality accordingly.
- Lead and participate in Autoline implementation and upgrade projects.
- Provide first and second-line support to users and work within an IT service framework (e.g., ITIL).
- Develop and customize Autoline reports and workflows using relevant tools and scripts.
- Assist with system administration tasks including user access, configuration, and performance monitoring.
- Prepare user documentation and deliver training where needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and functional issues.
- Identify process improvements and participate in system optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong functional knowledge of Autoline modules, including Finance, Sales, After-Sales, Parts, and CRM.
- Proven experience with at least one full Autoline implementation cycle.
- Hands-on experience with SQL (SQL/PL-SQL) and database interfaces.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with system support and troubleshooting in a multi-user enterprise environment.
- Preferred: Knowledge of additional DMS projects, technical scripting tools, and business-to-system integration.
