This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manama for a Presales Manager. The Presales Manager will support the sales team by providing expertise during client meetings, assessing customer requirements, and proposing tailored solutions aligned with their security needs. The role will involve preparing and delivering detailed product presentations, evaluating technical requirements, and collaborating with technical teams to design integrated solutions.
Additionally, the Presales Manager will oversee project coordination and identify opportunities for process alignment and enhancement to drive customer success.
- Consulting and Sales skills to effectively understand client needs and recommend solutions
- Presales and Project Management expertise to support complex projects and ensure alignment with customer requirements
- Experience with Integration of security systems and technical solutions
- Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work on-site in Manama with a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience in the security systems industry
- Knowledge of cutting-edge security technologies and related products (Hikvision products is a plus)
