Key Responsibilities

A. Solution Development & Technical Guidance

• • Provides architectural blueprints and design patterns for upcoming projects.
• • Guides development teams in implementing best practices, standards, and automation.

• • Manage and support development of the official website
• • Activities custom development activities implementing future development requirements.

• • Manage and support internal application development
• • Ensure system stability, scalability, and integration with other organizational systems.
• • Develop new features and manage the full software lifecycle

• • Management and supporting IT development systems for the intranet portal.
• • Enhancing collaboration tools, usability, and security features as required.
• • Developing new feature and modules for the Intranet portal

• • Manage and support development of platforms and dependent services
• • Drive innovation, scalability, and system integrations

• • Designing, developing, and maintaining ArcGIS Server, Portal, and related GIS components.
• • Implementing custom GIS applications, tools, and dashboards to support spatial data analysis.
• • Managing GIS databases, data models, layers, and geospatial datasets to ensure accuracy and availability.
• • Integrating ArcGIS solutions with enterprise systems and Aqari platform services.

• • Coordinate with external vendors on development projects
• • Ensure vendor deliverables align with technical and business objectives
• • Provide technical oversight and project support

• • Bachelor’s degree in:
  Computer Engineering, or Any related Information Technology discipline (Certificate required)

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in software and web development
• • Minimum 3 years of recent experience with ArcGIS platforms
• • Prior hands-on experience delivering IT solutions for government entities

• • Hands-on AWS experience
• • Cloud-native application design and implementation

• • Load balancer configuration and maintenance

• • Design of scalable architectures
• • Software documentation and governance
• • Software lifecycle management
