Digitalisation & Innovation Manager - Leading Hospitality Group, GCC
Location:
GCC Head Office Salary: US $96K Bonus Expat Conditions, Married or Single Status
Lead tech-driven initiatives to improve operations and guest experiences. Manage Application Architecture across IT, Operations, and business units. Report directly to the Group CEO.
Key Requirements- 4-year degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with emerging technologies (VR, AI/ML, Blockchain, Data Science a plus)
- Strong hospitality IT experience, GCC region preferred
- Translate business needs into secure, scalable tech solutions
- Skilled in vendor and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences
