Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, GIS, Spatial Sciences, or related field
- At least 4-6 years of experience in ESRI ArcGIS web application development using ArcGIS JavaScript API, ArcGIS REST API and management of GIS Map / Feature / Geoprocessing services
- Strong experience with React, NodeJS, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, and Java Script
- Proficient in ArcGIS Pro, Arc Map, and ArcGIS Enterprise
- Automate data pipelines using tools such as Arc Py, FME, Python scripts, and the ArcGIS API for Python
- Integrate spatial services (WMS, WFS, REST APIs, Feature Services)
- Knowledge of 3D GIS and BIM data integration
- Experience with Java/JEE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, .NET technologies, and Apollo GraphQL
- Proficiency in Postgre
SQL, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle - Knowledge of Amazon AWS infrastructure and cloud services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, Cloud Formation, and Cloud Watch
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops best practices for GIS web application deployment
