M365 Solutions Architect – Presales Lead

We’re looking for a hands‑on Presales Manager to drive solutioning and customer engagements across modern workplace and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with sales teams to drive technical solutioning and support deal closures
- Design and present end‑to‑end Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Security, Compliance, Intune, Entra )
- Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, demos, and POCs
- Architect and support M365 migrations (tenant‑to‑tenant, Exchange, SharePoint)
- Prepare BoM, cost estimates, and ROI analysis
- Support RFP/RFI responses and collaborate with OEM teams
- This position will carry indirect business/revenue targets aligned with solution adoption, customer engagement, and overall sales growth objectives.
- Strong hands‑on experience across Microsoft 365 full stack
- Proven experience in M365 migrations and transformations
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- Understanding of licensing and commercial constructs
