Our Digital Marketing team works at the intersection of technology and performance marketing, building campaigns that convert, optimize, and scale across global digital channels.
Role & Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize multi‑channel digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Linked In, You Tube) for IT service offerings across B2B and B2C segments.
- Manage marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot, Marketo, or similar) to nurture leads, track conversions, and align marketing‑sourced revenue with sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high‑impact landing pages, email sequences, and ad creatives that align with product messaging and conversion goals.
- Monitor KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates) using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards; deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing page UX, and email CTAs to improve engagement and reduce acquisition cost.
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, emerging tools (e.g., AI‑powered ad copy generators, UGC platforms), and regional digital trends to keep campaigns competitive.
