PM/Agile Scrum Master- Wholesale Banking

- Strong ability to interact with stakeholders to understand and interpret and prioritize their needs
- Experience of working for / within Banking and Financial Services domain; either within a Bank or for a consulting / technology company
- Experience of working with vendors in building and implementing a digital solution in a multi-country set-up
- Experience of working with cross functional project teams
- Experience with executive communication, including identification and delineating critical issues and their resolution
- Has excellent knowledge of the Agile frameworks such as Kanban, Scrum, SAFE and familiar with all its artifacts and techniques including user story mapping
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of ready, definition of done, automated testing, backlog refinement, acceptance criteria etc.)
- Ability to resolve conflicts and coordinate teams and projects with an outcome-based mindset
- Demonstrated competence in leadership, team building, time management, organizational management, customer interface, and multiple stakeholder communications
- Demonstrated written, oral, and personal skills that can bridge understandings between Business, Technology and Customers
- Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred
- Agile Scrum certification desired
- 8+ years’ experience in Agile Project Management with experience preferably in fintech, Technology or financial services
- Good communicator and highly collaborative
- Seasoned in leading and managing high performing teams preferably in an Agile environment
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to motivate and bring teams together
