MS Dynamics CRM (Techno/Functional Consultant) Responsibilities- Administration
- Configuration changes as needed
- Custom-developed components management and code review
- Development including but not limited to screens, reports, plugins, etc.
- Systems upgrades and patching
- Manage system integrated/developed on MS CRM: SMS system, 3rd party CRM Mobile App Server, Custom developed application on CRM, Client statements online system, Client Statement Batch processing Integrated with the core banking running on Oracle DB.
- SQL DB:
Act as SQL DBA;
Manage MS SQL and Oracle DB integrated - Reporting Services (MIS Reporting)
- Report development and modification
- Development in general
- Project management related to his area
- End user support
