Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives for government and large-scale organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, system integration, and stakeholder management, with experience working across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project environments.
Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define project objectives and solution requirements.
- Develop business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and other project documentation.
- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and alignment with business goals.
- Analyze and improve business processes through process reengineering initiatives.
- Support system integration projects by defining functional requirements and API integration specifications.
- Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Participate in solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
- Contribute to projects delivered using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies while ensuring adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise or digital transformation projects.
- Experience working with government organizations is required.
- Experience in the Real Estate sector is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of system integration, API specifications, business process reengineering, and requirements management.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments.
- Consulting experience with government entities or large enterprises is highly desirable.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are preferred.
